Sunday Spin Classes

Sunday 90 minute spin classes start tomorrow at the YMCA. The dates I am leading are:

Jan. 18
Jan. 25
Feb. 1
Feb. 8
Feb. 22
Mar. 22

Bring two bottles of water and don't forget to call in to reserve your spot.
